CONSULTATIONS

Tobi offers a range of natural health care consultations in person in the Cowichan Valley (Maple Bay).

A Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN) and Registered Herbalist (AHG), Tobi has also completed trainings in acupuncture and Hakomi therapy.

The modalities she offers include consultations and recommendations (nutrition and herbal),  rejuvenating bodywork and body-centred psychotherapy.

Initial nutrition/herbal consultations can take about 90 minutes. Most other sessions are approximately 60 minutes.

Bodywork includes acupressure and other massage techniques, cupping and moxibustion (warming blood-stimulating herbs burned near the skin).

Prices:

Initial nutrition/herbal consultation with written recommendations – $ 120

Follow-up nutrition/herbal consultations – $ 85

1-hour bodywork or psychotherapy sessions – $ 85
